The variables can be improved or updated at any time, if this appears to be necessary.
In order to not to forget, that a variable - being a variable factor - has no solid value, you can enter its range of variation in a SCALE although this will only be used in the tool SIMULATION.
Before starting to work with the variable set, you have to check it for its **system relevance** by the CRITERIA MATRIX and if necessary work it over.
