Co-design a better system. * [ ] 3-What Depends On It? e.g Everything human and ecological. * [ ] 4-Where are the Limits? e.g Municipality and county level primarily. Physical proximity. * [ ] 5-Who is Against It and Why? e.g People uncomfortable with change that affects their income or status. * [ ] 6-What Should be Preserved? e.g Public nature of education--education available for everyone. * [ ] 7-What is Supporting the System? e.g Taxation, school districts, "child-sitting" function for the families with working parents. * [ ] 8-What is its peculiarity (Uniqueness)? e.g Excludes students from all design and decision making, thus severely limiting potential for "success"
